Return for defective repair

If you think there is a defect in the repair process, please send it to us with the invoice within 7 working days, the device is checked by our technician.

Unconditional return in repair work

If you are not satisfied with the repair process, you can request a refund within 7 days. If the parts are used in the repair process, the cost of the parts will be returned within 2 working days within the scope of delivery to our service together with the invoice. Labor and shipping charge is not refundable.

Return of the device under warranty

We give 6 months warranty to the repair process and the part we do. If a recurring failure is covered by the warranty, you must contact our service department. FotoParca.com guarantee you can send the device to our service under the conditions specified. If it is indicated that the repair of the returned device is no longer possible, the refund of the fee will be refunded within 2 working days.

If the device is repaired within the scope of warranty, it is possible to change the parts and if the parts are not replaced in the previous repair process, the amount received before the total fee is deducted and the price quotation is submitted.

Product Returns

You can return the products you purchased from FotoParca.com within 7 days without giving any reason. Product returns can only be made with the contracted shipping company. When returning the product, you must return it with the original packaging and invoice.
